Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Electric Golf Push Carts USA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if you are not, you may return your cart in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in new, unused condition to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Cart

  Securely place the electric cart and all included accessories back into the original heavy-duty shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the cart's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund minus applicable restocking fees within 5-7 business days.
